At your first visit we carry out an oral examination and take an X-ray if needed. We then share the findings with you and review the treatment options together.

Can I come without an appointment?

We recommend booking an appointment so that you can be seen without waiting. In an emergency you can call us and describe your situation.

What should I do in a dental emergency?

If you have severe pain, a broken tooth, swelling or an injury, contact us by phone or WhatsApp. We assess your situation and arrange an examination as soon as possible.

What happens at the first examination?

We carry out an oral examination and take an X-ray if needed. We then share the treatment options and the process with you.

Do you treat children?

Are you open on Saturdays?

Yes, we are open on Saturdays between 09:00 and 15:00. Our weekday hours are 09:00 to 18:30 and we are closed on Sundays.

I am afraid of the dentist, can I still be treated?

Dental anxiety is common and it is not an obstacle to treatment. During the examination we assess the patient’s psychological state alongside their dental and general health, and we plan the process together. You can read more on our regular dental visits page.

Are X-rays taken during the examination?

We take them when needed. Our clinic uses panoramic X-ray, periapical X-ray, bite-wing X-ray, cephalometric X-ray and dental tomography. We decide which method to use based on the examination findings. You can find more on our imaging and diagnostic methods page.

Do you carry out scaling?

Yes, scaling is part of our regular check-ups. By removing plaque and tartar from the tooth surface we help prevent gum disease. You can find more on our scaling page.
