All-on-Six Implant System
A stronger and more stable prosthesis support is provided with six implants. It is preferred for patients with a high chewing load. The All-on-Six method is the application of a fixed prosthesis on six implants in cases of complete edentulism. Therefore, it offers a stronger and more durable solution in patients with sufficient bone density and support.
Application Stages
- The bone structure is evaluated with panoramic X-ray and 3D tomography.
- The location and angle of the implants are determined.
- 6 implants are placed with local anesthesia.
- Bone grafting or sinus lift procedure is performed if necessary.
- Temporary prostheses can be placed on the same day.
- The bone fusion period, which lasts for 3–6 months, is completed.
- A permanent prosthesis supported by zirconium or porcelain is placed.
Advantages
- Provides more stability thanks to 6 implants.
- More comfortable and stable than removable prostheses.
- It offers a more durable and long-lasting solution in patients with good bone density and volume.
- Ideal for patients with a high chewing load.
- Fixed prostheses provide an appearance and feel close to natural teeth.
- Results close to natural teeth are obtained.
- Faster results are obtained in cases where bone grafting is not required.
- Prevents bone resorption and supports jaw structure.
- With proper care, implants can be used for life.
- Same day temporary prosthesis application can be made.
Who Can Apply?
It is suitable for completely edentulous patients, individuals with sufficient jawbone volume and density, and patients with a high chewing load.
