All-on-Six Implant System

The All-on-Six method is the application of a fixed prosthesis on six implants in cases of complete edentulism. Application Stages

• The bone structure is evaluated with panoramic X-ray and 3D tomography.
• The location and angle of the implants are determined.
• 6 implants are placed with local anesthesia.
• Bone grafting or sinus lift procedure is performed if necessary.
• Temporary prostheses can be placed on the same day.
• The bone fusion period, which lasts for 3–6 months, is completed.
• A permanent prosthesis supported by zirconium or porcelain is placed.
